Community

The Winton school community is energetic with strong partnerships between staff, children, their families and the wider school community. We welcome and rely on parent involvement in our school programs and events, including the cooking program, athletics days, cross country, swimming sports, excursions and fundraisers.

Students enjoy catching up with friends across the region on camps and cluster days, where we meet with schools in our cluster including; Oxley, Milawa, Everton, Whorouly, Carraragarmungee and Glenrowan.

We often get together with Glenrowan Primary, our annex school, for excursions, camps and cultural performances.

​

We also have a great relationship with the lovely people at the Winton Motor Raceway. Each year students enjoy an excursion to the raceway and get to tour the facilty.
